Can I start for free?
Yes. You receive 200 pronunciation assessments once when you sign up, and they do not expire.
When is one assessment used?
One assessment is used each time you request AI pronunciation feedback for a sentence. Assessing the same sentence again uses another assessment.
What is used first if I subscribe with assessments remaining?
Subscription assessments are used first. Once they are depleted, your general balance combining free grants and one-time purchases is used automatically.
Do my existing assessments remain while I subscribe?
Yes. Your existing general balance stays available without an expiration date. Unused subscription assessments do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Do I lose access immediately when I cancel?
No. You can use your subscription benefits until the current paid period ends, and only the next automatic charge is stopped. Your existing general assessment balance remains available afterward.
How do I receive the 200 open beta bonus assessments?
Within 15 days of joining, complete at least five assessments on each of three different KST calendar days and submit service feedback. The practice and feedback can be completed in either order.
